...to our brand new programme…..Magic Connoisseurs.

Malta is a cluster of five small islands in the centre of the Mediterranean, the largest of the islands is Malta where the sunny climate and deep blue sea have attracted visitors for seven thousand years.

Seafaring Phoenicians, the Apostle Paul, the Knights of St John, Napoleon and British royalty have all left their footprints in Malta. The warm weather and hospitable people have long been a magnet for travellers.

The islands are home to five UNESCO world heritage sites yet they are much more than history. With sparkling waters to swim in and plenty of secluded coves you’ll soon discover what makes Malta so special.

For those interested in the past, few other nations can boast a prehistory as rich as the Maltese islands. Explore the bleached and ancient stones of the prehistoric Ggantija and Hagar Qim temples on the island of Gozo, visit Bronze age burial chambers near Tarxien on Malta, see the ruins of Roman and Phoenician occupation and admire the elaborate and decorative baroque cathedrals of the Knights of St John.

Wander through the narrow streets and you'll encounter something intriguing around every corner: votive statues, niches, fountains and coats of arms high up on parapets. Join in the fun of avant garde art festivals and traditional church festas. A delight for shopping, the winding side streets are full of quaint shops selling antiques, maps, books, prints and jewellery. The palaces and cathedrals of Valletta and Mdina house some of Europe’s finest treasures.

Conjure up a sense of escapism and mystery...travel to Malta.
